ClearWeek

What ClearWeek does

ClearWeek reads school and daycare newsletters and puts the dates on your calendar, with reminders, so picture day and early dismissal stop sneaking up on you.

  • Free scan: paste or upload a newsletter, check the events, add them to your calendar. No account needed.
  • ClearWeek Plus: a family calendar on your phone, a color for each child, week-ahead and day-before reminders.
  • ClearWeek Pro: forward school emails to your private address and new events appear on their own.

One flat price per family, never per child. How to turn school newsletters into calendar events

Free scan: newsletters you paste or upload are processed in memory and never stored. Automatic forwarding stores your account email, your extracted events, and the raw forwarded newsletter for 7 days (then it is deleted automatically). Newsletters are read by Google's AI on a paid plan, so they are not used to train it. Child names stay in this browser only.
