Terms of Service

What ClearWeek is

ClearWeek reads school and daycare newsletters and turns them into calendar events. It is built and run by one person through Lantern Orchard LLC. Newsletter scanning is free. Plus and Pro (the automatic plan) are paid plans, described on the pricing page.

Who can use ClearWeek

ClearWeek is for parents and guardians. You must be 18 or older to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it and its data and let the account's email know.

Please double-check important dates

The AI is good but not perfect. It can miss an event or get a date or time wrong. ClearWeek is a helper, not a guarantee: always glance at the original newsletter for anything important. We are not liable for missed or incorrect events.

Fair use

Use ClearWeek for your own family's school communications. Don't abuse the service (bulk mail, probing, reselling access). We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans and billing

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, which stops future charges. Yearly plans have a 30-day full-refund window: email us and it is done. ClearWeek never sees your card number; Stripe handles payment details. Prices are shown before any applicable sales tax.

Changes to ClearWeek

Features may change or be retired as ClearWeek grows. If a price changes, current subscribers get notice before their next renewal. You can stop using ClearWeek and delete your data at any time; the privacy policy explains how.
